Affiliate Program Terms

September 2026 Revision  ·  Version 2026-09

CURRENT PROGRAM MODEL: $350 Affiliate enrollment + $37/month active dashboard • 20% direct commission on eligible referred Vendor, Host/Member, and Affiliate payments, including applicable setup/enrollment and recurring payments • PLUS a 5% one-level revenue share on Eligible Referred-Affiliate Production Revenue generated by a directly referred Affiliate’s business (see Section 3.4) • Standard approved payouts generally scheduled for the 27th.

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) supplement the MiPartyApp Terms & Conditions and govern participation in the MiPartyApp Affiliate Program. By enrolling, maintaining an Affiliate account, using Affiliate links or codes, or accepting Affiliate compensation, the Affiliate agrees to these Affiliate Terms and any applicable order form or program disclosure.

1. Program Purpose and Relationship

The Affiliate Program allows approved participants to refer eligible customers to MiPartyApp and earn compensation on qualifying transactions. Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal representatives of MiPartyApp.

Affiliates have no authority to bind MiPartyApp, make promises on MiPartyApp’s behalf, alter pricing or program terms, or represent that MiPartyApp guarantees income, customers, leads, sales, or business results.

2. Enrollment and Required Active Dashboard

2.1 Affiliate Enrollment

The current Affiliate enrollment fee is $350. Unless a different written offer applies, the enrollment fee provides access to the Affiliate Program onboarding, program materials, tracking setup, and related Affiliate resources. The enrollment fee is separate from the monthly dashboard subscription.

2.2 Monthly Dashboard

The current Affiliate dashboard subscription is $37 per month. The dashboard may provide referral tracking, transaction status, commission reporting, campaign materials, account information, and other Affiliate tools.

2.3 Active Status Is Required to Earn Ongoing Compensation

An Affiliate must maintain an active, paid, compliant Affiliate dashboard account to accrue new Affiliate commissions and revenue-share compensation, including eligible recurring Vendor payments, Host/Member payments, referred-Affiliate monthly dashboard payments, and the 5% revenue share described in these Terms.

If the Affiliate cancels the $37 monthly dashboard subscription, allows it to lapse, or the account becomes inactive for nonpayment, new commissions stop accruing as of the effective date of inactivity. Commissions validly earned before that date remain subject to the normal approval, refund, chargeback, fraud, tax-documentation, and payout rules.

If the Affiliate later reactivates and MiPartyApp approves the account, eligible transactions processed after reactivation may again earn commissions. No commission is earned retroactively for transactions or renewals processed while the Affiliate account was inactive, unless MiPartyApp expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Eligible Direct 20% Commissions

An Affiliate may earn a 20% direct commission on eligible payments from customers personally and validly referred by that Affiliate. Current eligible direct-referral categories include Vendors, Hosts/Members, and new Affiliates. The 20% applies to eligible setup, enrollment, plan, subscription, and recurring payments that MiPartyApp expressly designates as commissionable. For Vendors, this includes eligible Star Package purchases and renewals; it does not apply to the Vendor’s own customer-service revenue.

3.1 Vendors

For a directly referred Vendor, the Affiliate earns 20% of each eligible Vendor Star Package payment, including eligible automatic renewals, while the Affiliate remains active and eligible.

3.2 Hosts / Members

For a directly referred Host or Member, the Affiliate earns 20% of each eligible MiPartyApp Host/Member payment that MiPartyApp designates as commissionable, including applicable initial plan payments and eligible recurring or renewal payments.

3.3 Directly Referred Affiliates

When Affiliate A directly refers Affiliate B, Affiliate A earns 20% of Affiliate B’s eligible $350 enrollment/setup payment and 20% of Affiliate B’s eligible $37 monthly dashboard payment, including eligible recurring monthly dashboard payments, while Affiliate A remains active and eligible.

3.4 Additional 5% Revenue Share on a Referred Affiliate’s Business

In addition to the direct 20% compensation described above, Affiliate A receives a 5% revenue share on Eligible Referred-Affiliate Production Revenue generated by Affiliate B’s directly credited business, provided Affiliate B remains validly attributed to Affiliate A and Affiliate A remains active, paid, compliant, and eligible. This 5% revenue share is separate from Affiliate A’s 20% direct commission on Affiliate B’s own $350 enrollment payment and $37 monthly dashboard payments.

For purposes of these Terms, “Eligible Referred-Affiliate Production Revenue” means the eligible net amount actually collected by MiPartyApp from qualifying purchases and recurring payments directly attributed to Affiliate B’s own referrals, including eligible Vendor Star Package payments, Host/Member plan payments, and the $350 enrollment and $37 monthly dashboard payments of Affiliates directly recruited by Affiliate B. The formula is: Affiliate A Revenue Share = 5% × Eligible Referred-Affiliate Production Revenue. The base excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, credits, fraudulent or unpaid transactions, and amounts MiPartyApp expressly identifies as non-commissionable. It is not based on Affiliate B’s 20% commission amount and is not calculated on a Vendor’s own customer-service revenue.

One-Level Rule. The 5% revenue share applies only to qualifying business directly credited to Affiliate B. It does not create an unlimited multi-level or generational override. If Affiliate B recruits Affiliate C, Affiliate A may receive 5% of C’s eligible $350 enrollment and $37 monthly dashboard payments because those payments are directly attributed to B’s referral. However, Affiliate A does not receive 5% of sales or referrals later generated by Affiliate C unless MiPartyApp expressly creates a separate written compensation program covering that activity.

No Double Counting. A single eligible payment may generate the applicable 20% direct commission for the Affiliate who directly referred that customer and, where applicable, a separate 5% one-level revenue share for that Affiliate’s qualifying sponsor/referrer. The same 5% revenue-share base will not be counted more than once for the same upline relationship.

Vendor Star PackageCurrent PriceAffiliate 20%MiPartyApp 80%
1 Star — 3 Months$450$90$360
2 Star — 6 Months$850$170$680
3 Star — 12 Months$1,500$300$1,200

The examples above assume the full listed package price is an eligible commissionable amount. Taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, credits, non-commissionable third-party charges, or discounts may reduce the commissionable base when applicable.

3.5 Locked Formula Examples

Example 1 — Vendor sale generated by Affiliate B: B directly refers a Vendor who pays $450 for a 1 Star Package. Assuming the full $450 is eligible, Affiliate B earns the direct 20% commission of $90. If B was directly recruited by Affiliate A and A is active and eligible, A’s separate 5% revenue share is $22.50 (5% × $450). The remaining $337.50 is retained by MiPartyApp before its operating expenses.

Example 2 — Host/Member sale generated by Affiliate B: B directly refers a Host/Member who makes an eligible $240 payment. B earns $48 (20% × $240). Affiliate A’s one-level revenue share is $12 (5% × $240), assuming B is directly attributed to A and all eligibility conditions are met.

Example 3 — Affiliate C recruited by Affiliate B: C pays the $350 Affiliate enrollment fee. B earns $70 (20% × $350). Affiliate A receives $17.50 (5% × $350) as the one-level revenue share because C is B’s direct referral. If C later pays the $37 monthly dashboard fee, B earns $7.40 and A receives $1.85 for that eligible monthly payment.

Example 4 — No second-generation revenue share: If Affiliate C later refers a Vendor who pays $450, C may earn the applicable direct 20% commission under these Terms. That $450 sale is C’s direct production, not B’s direct production; therefore Affiliate A does not receive a 5% revenue share on that Vendor sale under the current one-level formula.

4. Recurring Commissions and Revenue Share

The same 20% direct commission continues on eligible recurring or renewal payments from directly referred Vendors, Hosts/Members, and Affiliates, provided the referring Affiliate remains active, paid, eligible, and in good standing when the payment is successfully processed. The 5% revenue share also continues on eligible recurring payments that remain directly attributed to the referred Affiliate’s own business production, using the locked formula in Section 3.4.

Recurring compensation eligibility continues only while the underlying payment or production remains eligible and the Affiliate satisfies these Affiliate Terms. A cancellation, refund, chargeback, failed payment, account termination, reversed commission, fraudulent transaction, or other ineligible amount may eliminate or reverse the related 20% commission and/or 5% revenue share.

5. Attribution Rules

5.1 Qualifying Referral

A Vendor, Host/Member, or new Affiliate may be attributed to an Affiliate through an approved Affiliate link, referral code, tracked form, CRM assignment, documented introduction, or another MiPartyApp-approved tracking method.

5.2 First Valid Attribution

Unless a specific campaign states otherwise, MiPartyApp will use its records to determine the Affiliate associated with an eligible Vendor, Host/Member, or Affiliate transaction. MiPartyApp may reject duplicate, manipulated, self-generated, fraudulent, or unverifiable attribution claims.

5.3 Existing Customers and Prior Leads

An Affiliate generally does not earn a commission for a customer who was already an active paying MiPartyApp customer, was already attributed to another Affiliate, or was already in an active MiPartyApp sales process before the Affiliate’s claimed referral, unless MiPartyApp expressly approves the attribution.

5.4 Attribution Survives for Eligible Recurring Compensation

Once a qualifying Vendor, Host/Member, or Affiliate referral is validly attributed, that attribution remains associated with eligible recurring payments for compensation purposes while the referring Affiliate remains active and eligible, unless corrected for error, fraud, duplicate credit, or another documented reason permitted by these Terms. A directly referred Affiliate relationship may also remain the basis for the 5% revenue share on that referred Affiliate’s eligible business production.

6. When a Commission Is Earned

A commission may first appear as pending or estimated. It is not finally earned or payable merely because a checkout is initiated, an invoice is created, or a dashboard displays an estimated amount.

A commission becomes eligible for approval after the underlying payment is successfully collected and any applicable refund, cancellation, fraud-review, or chargeback conditions are satisfied. MiPartyApp may use statuses such as estimated, pending, approved, paid, reversed, disputed, or ineligible.

7. Payout Schedule

Approved Affiliate payouts are generally scheduled for the 27th of each month. A payment may move to a later payout cycle when additional time is reasonably required to confirm payment settlement, refund eligibility, chargeback status, identity, tax documentation, payout information, fraud review, or account compliance.

If the 27th falls on a weekend, holiday, processor interruption, or other non-processing day, payment may be processed on the next reasonably available business day. MiPartyApp does not guarantee the exact date funds will appear in the Affiliate’s bank or payout account after release.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks and Reversals

If an underlying Vendor, Host/Member, Affiliate, or other commissionable payment is refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the related 20% commission and any related 5% revenue-share amount may be cancelled, reduced, or reversed.

If the commission was already paid, MiPartyApp may deduct the reversed amount from future Affiliate compensation or use another lawful recovery method. Partial refunds may result in a proportional commission adjustment.

9. Discounts, Credits and Commissionable Amount

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the 20% direct commission is calculated on the eligible amount actually collected by MiPartyApp for the applicable commissionable Vendor, Host/Member, or Affiliate payment, excluding taxes and amounts expressly designated as non-commissionable. The 5% revenue share is calculated separately as 5% of Eligible Referred-Affiliate Production Revenue, not as 5% of the referred Affiliate’s commission. MiPartyApp’s transaction records control the calculation after applicable adjustments.

If a package is sold with an approved discount, coupon, credit, or promotional adjustment, the Affiliate commission may be based on the net eligible amount actually collected rather than the package’s standard list price.

10. No Commission on Vendor Customer Revenue

Affiliate compensation under this program is tied to eligible MiPartyApp payments and qualifying Affiliate business production that MiPartyApp expressly designates as commissionable. Affiliates do not receive 20% of a Vendor’s wedding, catering, photography, entertainment, venue, cleaning, transportation, or other customer-service revenue merely because the Vendor was referred through MiPartyApp, and the 5% revenue share is not a percentage of those Vendor customer invoices.

Under the current Star Package model, Vendors keep their own customer transaction revenue, and MiPartyApp does not take a percentage of the Vendor’s customer booking solely because the customer came through MiPartyApp.

11. Affiliate Marketing Standards

Affiliates must market MiPartyApp accurately and professionally. Affiliates may not:

12. Affiliate Materials and Intellectual Property

MiPartyApp may provide logos, links, graphics, scripts, presentations, or other approved marketing materials. MiPartyApp grants the Affiliate a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved materials solely to promote MiPartyApp while the Affiliate account remains active and compliant.

MiPartyApp retains ownership of its trademarks, platform, software, branding, content, processes, and other intellectual property.

13. Taxes and Payout Information

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, licenses, and business requirements arising from Affiliate compensation. MiPartyApp may require tax forms, identity verification, banking or payout information, or other documentation before releasing compensation.

MiPartyApp may withhold or report amounts when required by applicable law.

14. Suspension, Termination and Effect on Commissions

MiPartyApp may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for material breach, fraud, manipulation, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, misuse of MiPartyApp branding, deceptive marketing, security concerns, or other grounds permitted by the Master Terms or applicable law.

If an Affiliate voluntarily cancels the $37 monthly dashboard, the account becomes inactive according to the applicable cancellation timing. New 20% commissions and new 5% revenue-share amounts do not accrue while inactive, including recurring Vendor, Host/Member, or referred-Affiliate payments and production. Properly earned compensation from before the effective cancellation date remains subject to normal approval and payout rules.

If MiPartyApp terminates an Affiliate for fraud, intentional tracking manipulation, or unlawful conduct, commissions connected to that conduct may be denied or reversed to the extent permitted by law.

15. Reactivation

A former Affiliate may request reactivation. Reactivation may require payment of then-current dashboard fees, updated tax or payout documentation, compliance review, or other reasonable program requirements.

Unless MiPartyApp expressly agrees otherwise, reactivation does not restore commissions or revenue-share amounts for transactions or production that occurred during the inactive period. Future eligible Vendor, Host/Member, and Affiliate payments, and future eligible production by directly referred Affiliates, processed after approved reactivation may again qualify under the then-current Affiliate Program Terms.

16. Program Changes and Future Commission Opportunities

Current eligible compensation includes the direct-referral categories described in these Terms: Vendors, Hosts/Members, and Affiliates, plus the 5% revenue share on eligible business production generated by directly referred Affiliates. MiPartyApp may introduce sponsorships, additional products, or other commissionable programs, but no additional product or revenue stream is automatically commissionable unless MiPartyApp identifies it as eligible and discloses the applicable compensation terms.

MiPartyApp may prospectively modify commission rates, fees, eligibility rules, or program features with notice as required by applicable law and the governing agreements. Changes do not retroactively convert a previously non-commissionable transaction into a commissionable transaction unless MiPartyApp expressly states otherwise.

17. No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, sales, renewals, commissions, customers, revenue, profit, return on investment, or financial success. Results vary based on numerous factors outside MiPartyApp’s control.

18. Records and Disputes

Affiliates should review their dashboard and promptly report suspected attribution or commission errors. MiPartyApp may rely on its payment processor, CRM, referral tracking, account, and transaction records when investigating disputes.

Any dispute regarding a commission should be submitted through MiPartyApp’s designated support process with enough information to identify the transaction and claimed referral.

19. Relationship to Other MiPartyApp Terms

These Affiliate Terms supplement the MiPartyApp Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable written Affiliate order form or special program terms. If a specific written Affiliate offer expressly conflicts with these Affiliate Terms, the more specific written terms control for that offer to the extent of the conflict.

Vendor Star Package terms govern the Vendor’s advertising relationship with MiPartyApp; applicable Host/Member terms govern Host/Member purchases; and these Affiliate Terms govern Affiliate compensation. The 20% direct commissions and 5% referred-Affiliate revenue share do not change a Vendor’s right to retain its own customer-service revenue under the current Star Package model.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in the MiPartyApp Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the Affiliate Program unless a separate signed agreement validly provides otherwise.

21. Contact

Questions about Affiliate tracking, eligibility, payouts, or these Affiliate Terms may be directed to MiPartyApp LLC through the support or contact methods designated on MiPartyApp.com.

These terms supplement the MiPartyApp Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
